To be enrolled in the gym, you'll need to arrange a one-hour appointment with one of our gym instructors, for a fitness assessment.  Your assessment will take 1/2 hour, and is free-of-charge.  You will then have a personal fitness programme created for you, so you can commence your workout regime.

A follow-up appointment can be made if you feel you need it.

WHAT SHOULD I DO? Do not eat/drink or smoke for at least two hours beforehand
  Wear shorts and T-shirt
  Do not exercise before the assessment
   
HOW CAN THE ASSESSMENT HELP ME? It indicates that you are not at risk from medical restrictions during exercise
  It allows you to monitor your progress
  It enables the instructor to create an effective programme especially for your requirements

Legs, bums & tums:  Low-impact toning class, aimed at those hard-to-reach areas.  Suitable for all ages and levels from beginer to advanced.

Step circuit:  A vigorous cardio workout incorparating interval resistance work, using steps, bands and hand-weights.

Body Sculpt:  A really pumping class, using hand-weights to overload muscle groups to tone, define and sculpt your body.

Water Workout:  Workout in the water, less strain on the joints, a great all-over workout, ideal for all ages.  Non-swimmers welcome.

Step:  A class for all levels with the option to work harder on a higher step and work harder.

Pilates:  Concentrates on core strength, flexibility, with good posture and alignment. Gentle and effective.
